David did a great job staining our deck! Our decking was 20 years old and had started to rot. Before he would guarantee anything, he recommended another company look at it and see if the steps, railings, and flooring needed to be replaced. We’re glad we took his advice! After all that had been replaced, David came in and did the staining. Very good coating and sealing. He also helped us select the colors and design ideas. And even stained the banding to help match the house better. Great job and we would highly recommend!

David & Marjorie Peraza are the proud owners and operators of David's Deck Restoration, LLC. Established in 2021 with our LLC, we began pursuing our dream.

David has several years of restoration experience- specializing in decks and log cabins. His restorative involvement varies from NC, SC & VA. David & Marjorie reside in Clayton, NC with their 3 dogs- Duke, Max & Koda.

Marjorie has been in the service industry for years and is very personable. As a female business owner, you will still find her in the field working with her husband. She and David make an excellent team and their work ethic is rare to find these days.

We believe in providing the most ethical and affordable yet efficient services possible. Our goal as a locally owned small business is to exceed client expectations and continue to develop relationships based on trust and professionalism.
